SPC Adyn N. Roberts, 23, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, while on active duty with the United States Army stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
Adyn was born on April 21, 2003, in Wausau, Wisconsin, to Joshua Roberts and Niki Glisch. He graduated from D.C. Everest Senior High in 2021.
Adyn was known for bringing humor and sarcasm into every conversation. He was happiest when he was goofing around, making others laugh, and turning ordinary moments into fun. He had an answer for everything and seemed to know how to test the limits. Adyn also loved eating Ramen, BMX biking, video games, snowboarding, and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Most of all, he loved his two children more than words can express.
He made the choice to better himself and his family by enlisting in the United States Army in 2023. He was currently stationed in Hawaii, proud of his role as a 13B Field Artillery Cannon Crewmember, working as part of a team responsible for operating and maintaining field artillery weapons.
From a skater boy with a man bun to a soldier – Adyn and his smile will never be forgotten by those who knew and loved him.
Adyn is survived by his wife, Trinity Roberts; their children, Tru and Rio; his father, Josh (Megan) Roberts; his mother, Niki Glisch; his siblings, Maddi, Will, Rhianan, Roman, Alissa, and Brenyn; and nephew and nieces, Colt, Eevie, and Malia. He is further survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 6205 Alderson Street, Weston. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until the time of service at the church. Military Honors will be accorded by the United States Army Honor Guard.
