Bradley D. Mroczenski, affectionately known as Brad, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Aspirus Hospital - Wausau surrounded by his loving children.
Born on December 15, 1966, in Wausau, Wisconsin, the youngest child of John and Arlene (Hardt) Mroczenski. He spent his life cultivating a legacy of love, creativity, and dedication to his family and community.
Brad was deeply rooted in Wausau, where he developed a passion for the outdoors, finding joy in hunting and golfing. His love for sports was evident; he relished attending various sporting events, often sharing these moments with family and friends. A devoted father, he attended all of his children’s school and sporting events, always cheering them on from the sidelines, embodying the role of an encouraging and supportive parent. His zest for life extended beyond sporting events to include woodworking and other creative pursuits.
Above all, Brad cherished spending time with his family. He was especially proud of his two children, son Dylan (Jacey) Mroczenski and daughter Madison (Brandon Rotolo) Mroczenski, who were the light of his life. His joy continued with the arrival of his grandson Daxton Mroczenski, who brought him immense happiness.
Brad's connections with his siblings were also a source of pride and strength. He is survived by his brothers Steve (Annette) Mroczenski, Rick Mroczenski, and Jeff (Laura) Mroczenski, as well as his sister Jean (Larry) Rothmeyer and sister Karen Schenzel. These relationships shaped him into the beloved family man he was, and he will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
In this difficult time, the memory of Brad's laughter, generosity, and love will remain in the hearts of his family and friends. He leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories that will continue to inspire and bring comfort to those he touched throughout his life. May he rest in peace.
Per Brad's wishes there will be no formal services held.
