Cindy Marie Rietz

Cindy M. Rietz, age 68, of Weston, Wisconsin passed away on April 6, 2025, at the Marshfield Hospital. 

She was born in Wausau, Wisconsin in 1956 to William and Ellis (Paulus) Rietz. Cindy graduated from D.C. Everest High School and earned an Associate's Degree in Accounting at NCTC Wausau. She worked as a fast-food manager for many years and in retail customer service before retiring. 

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, brother William Rietz, sister-in-law Darlene (Rosenbach) Rietz and brother-in-law Daniel Buss. Cindy is survived by her sisters Peggy (Rietz) Manowski, Linda (Rietz) Buss, nieces Rebecca (Rietz) Schmidt, Lillian Buss, Victoria Buss and nephew Bruce Rietz. 

A Celebration of Life - Open House will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 4:00 until 7:00 PM with Words of Remembrance being held at 6:00 PM at Ascend Funeral Home & Cremation Care.
