James Alan Rykowski, age 74, of Mosinee, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at his residence in Mosinee. 

James was born on October 3, 1951, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of LaVern Rykowski. In his younger years Jim enjoyed fishing and hunting. Jim drove semi for many years and retired from UPS. 

James is survived by his children, Regina Rykowski, Kimberly (Mike) Pedersen, and Jacob Rykowski, as well as his grandchildren Marcus, Joey and Lucas. 

James is preceded in death by his mother, LaVern.

A memorial gathering in Jim's honor will be held at a later date.
