Lori Ann Samse

Lori Ann Samse, 61, of Weston, passed away September 30, 2026.

Lori was born June 8, 1965, to David and Judith (Piehl) Paetzold in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. She graduated from Wausau East High School, class of 1983.

She is survived by her daughters, Danielle (Chris) Maloney and Emily Samse; her mother, Judi Paetzold; siblings Lisa (Chad) Gabrielson and Scott (Jill) Paetzold; grandchildren, Claire Samse, Sterling Samse-Maloney, Jayden Samse, Ariella Kroeplin and Reagan Maloney; along with a number of dear friends and coworkers whom she loved. She is preceded in death by her father, David.

Private services are being held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to NAMI Northwoods in Lori's honor.
