Scott Michael Riehle, passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital
Scott was born on April 1, 1964, in Athens Wisconsin, to the late Herbert and Irene (Dahl) Riehle.
Scott worked as a Machine Operator at Kolbe Windows and Doors in Wausau. He was known for his culinary skills, particularly his talent for grilling and smoking delicious meals, with beef jerky serving as his specialty. He treasured the time spent cooking for family and friends, often creating unforgettable gatherings. His enthusiasm for outdoor yard work and projects made from wood reflected his hands-on approach to life, a true craftsman at heart.
He had immense pride in watching his children graduate and grow into their successful and happy lives. Some of his fondest memories were created during special trips to Green Bay Packers games with his children, where tailgating became a cherished ritual. His grandchildren held a special place in his heart, and he relished every moment spent with them.
He is survived by his children, Brandon (Katrina) Riehle, Brett (Brenna) Riehle, and Brittney Riehle; grandchildren, Felicity and James; significant other, Ruth Anne Riehle; siblings, Shirley (Leon) Lewandowski, Steven (Jean) Riehle, Sue (John) Kamenick, Sally (Judd Nordin) Ziech, Stanley (Marcia) Riehle, Stephen (Sara) Riehle, and Stacie Ziegel (David Graikowski), along with many beloved nieces and nephews and his special cat, Arrow.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Sherrie Abt.
