Siegfried "Sieg" K. Lenk

Siegfried "Sieg" K. Lenk, 76 of Wausau, passed away on May 5, 2026, at his home.  

He was born on June 20, 1949, in Gottingen, Germany, son of the late Friedrich "Fritz" and Lieselotte "Lottie" (Kretchmer) Lenk.  Sieg served in the United States Air Force from 1972 until 1977.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Kay (Madson) Lenk of Wausau; his brother, Wolfgang Lenk of Merrill; sisters-in-law, Linda (Kim) Clouse of Rapid River, MI, and Bunny (John) Sjogren of Gladstone, MI; brother-in-law, Dan Sullivan of Merrill, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was further preceded in death by his mother and father-in law, Jim and Sylvia Madson; and sisters-in-law, Nancee Sullivan and Moni Lenk.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Kathy and Cal's Club 64, 2405 West Main St., Merrill. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Humane Society.
